The SLK mobility scooter batteries that I ordered will be arriving soon. I ordered them for my scooter after the battery in mine finally decided to kick the bucket. That battery has lasted for years, and I was beginning to think that it would be good for a few decades. Eventually everything fails, so we all just have to deal with it and find a replacement. I looked online for battery websites that had a lot of positive feedback from other users and the SLK site came up first. That’s when I knew that I would be able to find a good battery.

While waiting for the battery to come, I’ve been staying around the house. At first I tried to do some cleaning, but I basically cleaned everything, so I looked for something else to keep me busy. I’ve read every book in the house, including the dictionary. I solved my rubik’s cube multiple times, and even played chess with myself. I looked in the closet and found a large jigsaw puzzle with over 2,000 pieces and decided to start working on that. I received that puzzle as a gift and never got around to opening it.

The puzzle is harder than I thought it would be, and I’m still working on it. The batteries should be here by this afternoon, and I don’t think I’ll be anywhere near done with this puzzle. I’ve made some progress, but there are just so many pieces and it’s nearly impossible to look through them all. Many of the pieces look alike in terms of color and shape, so I may think that a piece will fit somewhere, but it won’t. When the battery comes, I think I need to ride my scooter to clear my mind before working on the puzzle again.
